Having a bad day? Need a pick-me-up? Go check out Canopy Cat Rescue, a non-profit created by Shaun and Tom, two certified arborists in Woodinville, Washington. They travel throughout the state to rescue kitties stuck in trees — sometimes up to 150 feet in the air! — and share photos and videos of their adventures on social media. And just this week, they were even featured in a mini-documentary on CNN’s Great Big Story.

Beyond Meat creates 100% plant-based meat substitutes like burgers, sliders, and “beyond chicken” strips. (Their products are found in the refrigerated and frozen section of many large supermarkets.) And sure, suggesting you follow a food distributor on social media sounds a little less than exciting — but trust us, it’s worth it. Especially if you’re interested in learning more about plant-based diet.
